Project summary:
All, be advised this is anticipated to be a 100% Remote opportunity - HOWEVER, candidates are ideally going to be within 30 miles / driving distance of one of the 3 following sites: Stamford CT, Irving TX or Fort Myers FL. Candidates not local to these area's will still be considered but those that are local will have Interview & Consideration priority by leadership.
The Manager will strongly prefer to see candidates that have Salesforce experience, PMP cert, specific degree areas - though she is open to considering candidates that do not fit perfectly into this.
Interviews will likely consist of 2 rounds of video call interviews before an official offer is made.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role will also be accountable for core project management activities including planning, communications, managing of plan, risk/issue management, and more.
Ensure that projects are planned and executed in a manner consistent with company strategy, commitments, goals, and standards and aligned to critical transformation initiatives.
Govern consistent delivery of the cross programs with a Scrum/Agile approach
Assist with the identification and management of cross-BU interdependencies
Partner with other project management leaders to ensure alignment on critical initiatives and decision making.
Drive and facilitate the right discussions with business leaders to identify business capabilities in relation to current and future business objectives
Manage stakeholder relationships, communications, and expectations.
Partner and deliver project milestones across teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, technology, or related field. Advanced degree desirable.
Preferred certifications: PMP certified, Scrum certified, Agile certified.
• 3 - 5 years experience in project management driving large-scale transformation projects • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills • Experience with Salesforce solutions given strong consideration • Flexible approach and willingness to wear multiple hats
